2010
The first Kajiken was establishedin Fukue, Showa-ku Nagova in Japarby Kenichi Kaji, featuring abura sobathat has gained popularity worldwide
2011
The first affiliated franchise store opened in Sakae, Naka-ku, Nagoya.
2012
The number of Kajiken franchise stores in Japan reach 25 in total, leading to the establishment of the Kajiken Management Company.
2016
In March, Kajiken opened its first international franchise store in Singapore. In May, the second international franchise was launched in China. This year marked an important milestone in Kajiken’s development journey; the company achieved a total of 50 stores worldwide and established its own noodle manufacturing facility
2022
Kajiken successfully expanded its presence globally, reaching a remarkable milestone of 100 stores world wide.
It has launched the first store in the United States, located in Baltimore, Maryland. Followed by San Mateo, California which went Viral in local communities and online.
2023
Kajiken set foot in Auckland, NZ late 2023. Kept it’s global expansion going with the mission to bring Abura soba to the rest of the world.
2024
We have finally landed in Australia. With the first location being in the heart of Sydney CBD, we are thrived to bring the original taste of Nagoya to down under. Kajiken is planning to open in other major cities in the coming years.
2025
First Canadian location now open in North York Ontario,
